YANA Is Live: A Small Step Toward Something Bigger

We did it.  Our website is finally live.

And imperfectly so.

I'm being serious, too.  We don't even have a product available for purchase on it yet.

And yet, hilariously, finally releasing the password still somehow feels like our team is standing on top of Mt. Everest, shouting from the depths of our lungs:

"WE ARE HERE!"

We hear no reply - nothing but the echoes of our voices.

Though, in the more realistic version of this metaphorical image I've painted, we probably wouldn't be hearing echoes at all.  Instead, I'm sure we'd be accompanied by the desperate howling of the wind ripping through the air we were trying so hard to breathe, while the violent snow continued to remind us that we should get our ridiculous selves back to safety.

No matter, though.

Because we had summited.

The journey is FAR from over, and we know it.  In fact, it's only beginning.

And maybe that's what makes this entire experience so exciting.

The fact that we've taken that step feels similar to the way I think the world felt when Neil Armstrong took his first step on the moon.

Who knows how far into the universe we'll explore? 
Who knows what technologies we'll be able to develop?
And who knows what dreams and visions we'll be able to make a reality?

With YANA, that feeling is strangely similar...

Who knows how far into our nature we'll explore?
Who knows what we'll be able to discover and understand about ourselves?
And again, who knows what dreams and visions we'll be able to make real along the way?

While we're in no way saying that the science and engineering needed to send someone to the moon is equal to creating skincare formulas or wellness products, we do know that we have people and the world in mind.  We have a feeling, a want, and a hope to do good by this.

So if you're here and reading this, then don't mind us as we clumsily make our way down this mountain.

And join us as we set our sights among the stars.
